Michele Leroux Bustamante

Michele is a CIO of Solliance, a Microsoft Regional Director and MVP.

With 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise systems, Michele has held senior executive positions at several corporations, has assembled software development teams and implemented processes for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, and facilitated many successful large-scale enterprise application deployments. Michele specializes in scalable and secure web application and services architecture, cloud-enabled applications and operations, and identity & access management. Michele is a frequent conference presenter and keynote speaker, has chaired many conferences and events, and has been published regularly in several technology journals. Michele’s books include her best selling book Learning WCF (O’Reilly, 2007/2009).

Zoiner Tejada

Zoiner is CEO at Solliance, a Microsoft MVP, a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and an advisor to several teams at Microsoft.

He is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies to build web based solutions that run at scale and enjoys engaging the greater community by speaking at conferences and user group meetings, teaching at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), creating online courses (such as “Google Analytics” and "Azure Elastic Scale" for Pluralsight.com), and actively publishing content. Zoiner recently co-authored the book, PROGRAMMING MICROSOFT’S CLOUDS: WINDOWS AZURE AND OFFICE 365 (Wrox). Zoiner has published many technical whitepapers and is a contributing columnist to DevPro magazine’s “All About Azure.” He has a degree in computer science from Stanford University.

Brian Noyes

Brian is CTO at Solliance, a Microsoft Regional Director and MVP.

He specializes in building maintainable client applications in XAML and HTML 5, as well as building the services that back them with WCF, ASP.NET Web API, and Windows Azure. Brian has authored several books including Developer’s Guide to Microsoft Prism 4, Data Binding with Windows Forms 2.0, and Smart Client Deployment with ClickOnce. He publishes articles frequently in a variety of publications and speaks at conferences worldwide including Microsoft TechEd, DevConnections, DevIntersection, VSLive!, DevTeach and others. Brian got started programming as a hobby while flying F-14 Tomcats in the U.S. Navy, later turning his passion for software into his current career.
